1. The referred person must be a healthcare professional.
2. You, as the referrer, must provide permission for us to use you as a reference when contacting the referred person.
3. The referred healthcare professional must be informed that you have referred them to V Prof Medical Coding & Billing.
4. The referred healthcare professional must not have used V Prof Medical Coding & Billing before.
5. V Prof Medical Coding & Billing requires the following details of the referred healthcare professional:
   • Full name and surname
   • Practice type
   • Practice number
   • Town and province
   • Contact number and email
6. The referred healthcare professional must sign up and actively use V Prof Medical Coding & Billing for one full calendar month before the referral is considered successful.
7. The signed referral will be tracked on a month-to-month basis until payment is due at the end of the second, third, and fourth months.
8. If the referred healthcare professional does not sign up within 2 months, the referral will not be considered and will no longer be included in the V Prof Medical Coding & Billing referral program.
